Pilates Room is a boutique studio on Georgiou Savva in Paphos, led by Nikki. Classes stay small on purpose, so there is always a certified pair of eyes on your form and an adjustment the moment you need one.
The studio runs reformer classes on professional, high-end equipment alongside mat work with magic circles, balls, and bands, plus barre. Beginners are genuinely welcome. Nikki builds every class around the people in the room, whether you are training for strength or working back from lower-back or joint pain.
Book your spot through the studio's class app or drop in for an intro session and find the level that fits. Most members come for the reformer and stay for the community.
